The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new and effective method for people with disabilities to receive the support and services that they require.
The NDIS allows us to help you achieve your dreams and goals. Their funding provides us with the ability to offer you the facilities and support that you need.
What is the NDIS?
How does it work?
The NDIS is available to any Australian who has a permanent and significant disability and is also under the age of 65.
Your own eligibility for NDIS support is determined through your application for the services - they decide whether or not you are able to have your own funding.
We can provide the supports you need as a registered NDIS provider.
How do I apply?
If you haven't already applied for your own NDIS funding, you will have to go through their website.
You will first have to check if you are eligible for the NDIS, which can be done by looking at the eligibility checklist on the NDIS website.
Follow the steps below, or we can assist you with the application process if you need it.
How to apply for the NDIS
Step 1
Check your eligibility
Check the eligibility checklist on the NDIS website or call
1800 800 110 or email enquiries@ndis.gov.au to find out if you're eligible.
Step 2
Make AN ACCESS REQUEST
You can make a Verbal Access Request (VAR) or fill out an Access Request Form (ARF). You can do this by phone, email, or at an NDIS or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) office.
Step 3
GET YOUR ACCESS DECISION
The NDIA will write to you to confirm your eligibility for the NDIS. If you’re eligible, you’ll be contacted to arrange a planning meeting.
